Filling:

- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1–2 green chilies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
