Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with a light greasing or parchment paper.
  2. Combine Dry Mixes: In a mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix and pudding mix.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, almond milk, vegetable oil, water, and orange juice to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Fold in Zest: Fold in the orange zest to incorporate that citrusy sparkle.
  5. Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
