  • 6 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, and green chiles until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them flexible and easy to fold.
