Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Rose syrup
- 1 cup Full fat milk
- 1 tablespoon Rose water
- 24 pieces Ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup Food grade rose buds
- 1/4 cup Silvered pistachios
- Preparation Combine the rose syrup, full-fat milk, and rose water in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside for about 5 minutes.
- Mix mascarpone mixture Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and rose essence in another bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Whip cream Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Add a touch of powdered sugar for sweetness.
- Dip ladyfingers Dip ladyfinger cookies in the rose milk mixture briefly and arrange them in a single layer in an 8×8-inch dish.
- Layer Spread half of the whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone.
