  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Rose syrup
  • 1 cup Full fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Rose water
  • 24 pieces Ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/4 cup Food grade rose buds
  • 1/4 cup Silvered pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preparation Combine the rose syrup, full-fat milk, and rose water in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix mascarpone mixture Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and rose essence in another bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip cream Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Add a touch of powdered sugar for sweetness.
  4. Dip ladyfingers Dip ladyfinger cookies in the rose milk mixture briefly and arrange them in a single layer in an 8×8-inch dish.
  5. Layer Spread half of the whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone.
  6. Refrigerate Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve Serve chilled and garnish with rose buds and silvered pistachios.
