  3. Fry vadas Heat oil in a pan, drop spoonfuls of batter and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Soak vadas Soak the fried vadas in warm water for 15 minutes; gently squeeze to remove excess water.
  5. Prepare yogurt mixture Mix sugar and salt into the whisked yogurt until well combined.
  6. Coat vadas Coat the squeezed vadas generously with the sweetened yogurt mixture.
