  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (Can substitute with nut-free alternative.)
  • 2 large Eggs (Room temperature.)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 12 pieces Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (Hidden surprise.)

Topping

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream (For topping.)
  • 1/2 cup Melted Chocolate (For drizzling.)

Instructions

  1. Basic Instructions Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Crust Preparation Combine the Nutter Butter crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl, mixing well. Press about 1 tablespoon of this mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Make Filling Beat cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Assemble Cheesecakes Spoon a small amount of cheesecake batter into each crust, place a whole Reese’s cup in the center, then cover with remaining batter until three-quarters full.
  6. Bake Bake for 18-22 minutes, ensuring the edges are set and the centers jiggle slightly.
