  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 1 1/4 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)

Instructions

  1. Heat Butter and Oil: Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee or butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in your pressure cooker on sauté mode over medium heat.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Add the cubed potatoes, season with a pinch of sea salt, and cook stirring occasionally for about 12-15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté Garlic and Herbs: In the same pot, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of ghee or butter. Toss in the minced garlic, thyme, and oregano. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
