Ingredients
- 6 roma tomatoes or 1-pound package (diced finely)
- ¾ cup white onion (diced finely (1/2 large onion))
- ¼ cup fresh jalapeno (seeded and diced finely (1 small jalapeno))
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (diced finely)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (diced finely)
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt (I used sea salt)
- Freshly ground salt for serving
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Add ingredients: Add tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and garlic to a mixing bowl.
- Mix: Mix until well combined.
- Season: Add lime juice and salt and mix until well-combined.
- Process: Add to a food processor or blender. Pulse on high about 6-7 times, or until desired consistency.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Serve: Top with optional salt and serve with tortilla chips.
