  • 1 cup whole milk

  • a pinch of salt (to balance out the sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
  • Ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients: Add banana, milk, water, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste: Taste, add a touch more sugar if your banana isn’t super ripe.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice and enjoy cold! I love it with matcha!
