Flatbread Base

  • 2 Naan or flatbread

Spreads & Cheeses

  • ⅓ cup hummus
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • ¼ cup mozzarella

Veggie Toppings

  • ¼ cup olives, chopped
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

Garnish & Finishing

  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep Toppings: Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Prepare your toppings by chopping the roasted red peppers and olives. Optionally, chop the artichoke hearts to your preferred size for even distribution on the flatbread.
  2. Assemble the Flatbread: Place the naan or flatbread on a non-stick baking sheet. Spread hummus evenly over the surface, then sprinkle the mozzarella and the chopped veggie toppings evenly. Add a dash of crumbled feta on top, reserving some feta for garnish after baking.
  3. Bake the Flatbread: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges become browned and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove the flatbread from the oven, then drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle remaining feta and fresh parsley over the top. Slice into pieces and enjoy immediately.
