This spicy and creamy Peanut Butter Ramen combines flavorful peanut butter sauce with chili garlic and Sriracha for a quick, delicious twist on instant ramen noodles.

Peanut Butter Ramen

  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp gochugaru
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 2 packets instant ramen
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • red pepper flakes for serving

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: To make the sauce, add the peanut butter, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha, brown sugar, soy sauce, gochugaru, garlic and peanut oil to a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Cook noodles: Cook the noodles following packet instructions.
  3. Drain noodles: Drain the noodles.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce: Pour the sauce over noodles and toss o coat.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with green onion and red pepper flakes and serve.
