  • 16 oz frozen grilled chicken breast strips (cubed)
  • 14 oz bottle P.F. Chang Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup instant white rice
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunks in 100% juice
  • 24 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare chicken: Combine cubed chicken breast strips in a medium bowl. Stir in 8 oz. of teriyaki sauce. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
  3. Cook rice: Cook the instant rice according to package directions.
  4. Bake wonton wrappers: Spray two muffin tins with non-stick spray and line each with wonton wrappers. Bake for 7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Assemble wontons: Fill each baked wrapper with a tablespoon of rice then add a tablespoon of chicken and 2 chunks of pineapple.
  6. Serve: Serve warm and enjoy.
