  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease gelatin mold: Lightly grease a gelatin mold with a small amount of neutral oil and set aside.
  2. Pour boiling water: In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over the raspberry gelatin powder.
  3. Stir gelatin: Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Add sugar: Add granulated sugar if using and stir until dissolved.
  5. Stir in cold water: Stir in the cold water until fully combined.
  6. Add raspberries: If adding fresh raspberries inside, gently fold them into the mixture.
  7. Pour mixture: Pour the mixture carefully into the prepared mold.
  8. Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm.
  9. Unmold: To unmold, dip the bottom of the mold briefly in warm water, then invert onto a serving plate.
  10. Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve chilled.
