Ingredients
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry flavored gelatin powder
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (for garnish or folding in)
- Lightly grease gelatin mold: Lightly grease a gelatin mold with a small amount of neutral oil and set aside.
- Pour boiling water: In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over the raspberry gelatin powder.
- Stir gelatin: Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add sugar: Add granulated sugar if using and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in cold water: Stir in the cold water until fully combined.
- Add raspberries: If adding fresh raspberries inside, gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour mixture: Pour the mixture carefully into the prepared mold.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm.
