  • 8 oz. brie cheese
  • 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastry (thawed (= 1 puff pastry from 17.3 oz box))
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1 large egg (whisked)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375℉.
  2. Assemble the brie: Lay the puff pastry flat on a cutting board. Place the brie in the center. Spread the raspberry jam on top of the brie.
  3. Wrap the brie: Gently fold over each corner of the puff pastry to close the top. Use water to help seal close.
  4. Apply egg wash: Brush the top and sides with egg wash.
  5. Air fry: Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and place the wrapped brie in the center. Air fry for 15 minutes.
  6. Rest the brie: When the brie is done, remove it from the basket and place it on a serving plate. Allow the cheese to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve: Serve with crackers or fresh bread and extra jam on the side.
