Instructions

  2. Bake cookies: Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  3. Prepare custard: Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cool fully.
