- 1/2 pound chicken or turkey sausage
- 12 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 slider rolls
- 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese slices
- Unsalted butter
- Garlic salt
- Ground mustard
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook sausage: In a heavy-bottomed skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Remove and set aside.
