  • 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix until creamy.
  3. Layer phyllo: Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
  4. Roll filling: Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture along one edge of the phyllo sheet. Roll tightly into a log and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining sheets.
