Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare dish Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish to ensure the casserole doesn’t stick during baking.
  2. Mix eggs and dry ingredients In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 cups of egg whites and 4 whole eggs. Using a handheld mixer, beat them for about 2 minutes until well combined and slightly frothy. In a separate small bowl, mix together the 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Break up any clumps, then add this mixture into the beaten eggs and blend evenly.
